Last night, my family was in the mood for something new so we decided to give K-Wok a try. From the very first moment, the experience was fantastic. The lady who took our order over the phone was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, even going out of her way to answer our questions about the vegetarian options. Her helpfulness really set the tone for the whole experience. Picking up the food was a breeze, and we were impressed by how well everything was packaged for takeout. Once we got home, we enjoyed our meal while playing a game of cards, and it was the perfect combination of convenience and flavor. The dishes were delicious, with each bite better than the last. I would wholeheartedly recommend K-Wok to any family looking for a quick, easy, and affordable meal that doesn’t compromise on taste. It’s a great option for a relaxed night in, and we’ll definitely be ordering from them again! ︎

The food is delicious and the staff are helpful and polite. It is very popular, so make sure you order in advance or be prepared to wait. The food is freshly cooked to order - as it should be - and this inevitably means a delay. Good food worth lingering over, always takes time to prepare, but is worth the wait.

K-wok, is far better than what you would expect in a small town in the Scottish Borders, it's easy to understand the long waiting times at weekends when the food is this good

Great little takeaway located in the heart if Biggar. Receptionist was clearly spoken on the phone and accurately took my order, advising me that it would take 25-30 mins to prepare my order and that it would be cash only payment on collection. She told me the price and i drove to collect it. I waited 2 mins and received a fresh piping hot, freshly cooked delicious tasting order from the friendly staff. I will definitely be going back, highly recommend!

Banging bit of grub. Came all the way from London just to try this place out only messing we was here for the classic rally. But will definitely be back next year

We don’t usually opt for Chinese, but as we are away for the weekend we thought we would give it a shot and can honestly say we were not disappointed! The lady who took our order was professional and welcoming and made clear to us what to expect and when. The driver did a fabulous job of finding us tucked away at our little cottage and was lovely to speak to! As for the food it was absolutely delicious, we had mushroom chow mein, prawn toast, sweet and sour chicken and salt and chilli chicken and it was absolutely fabulous. Food was hot and well seasoned and couldn’t find fault with it. If we ever visit this part of Scotland again we’ll be sure to return!
